Qualifications

2+ years of program or project management experience.
Proficient in SQL and Advanced Excel.
Experience using data to influence business decisions.
Experience in creating process improvements with automation and analysis.
Familiar with analytics tools such as SAS, PowerBI, SQL, ETL DW concepts.
Knowledge of visualization tools such as Tableau, Datazen, SSRS.
Experience back office operations, escalation management and troubleshooting environments.

Responsibilities

Ensure catalog accuracy for new and existing products.
Troubleshoot and drive resolutions to ensure reliable and operationally effective flow of products.
Collaborate with vendors to set up efficient processes and SOPs.
Drive data-oriented analysis and dashboard creation to track metrics.
Manage stakeholder communication across multiple lines of business on milestones and changes.
Identify issues in catalog/CX and engage cross-functional teams as needed.
Analyze data and share insights, building reports to guide decisions.
Contribute to business reviews with data-backed decisions.
