Role Description

As our E-Commerce Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and managing our online business:

• Strategic thinking and road map for gaining Market shares in the category
• Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces.
• Drive online sales through promotions, campaigns, digital merchandising, and commercial initiatives.
• Ensure products are accurately listed with compelling content, images, pricing, and availability.
• Monitor online sales, traffic, conversion rates, product performance, and customer behavior.
• Analyze data and identify opportunities to increase sales, profitability, and market share.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and other teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer experience.
• Manage promotional calendars and marketplace activities.
• Identify trends in online shopping and recommend new opportunities for growth.
• Continuously improve the online customer journey and product visibility.
• Stay up to date with the latest e-commerce platforms, technologies, and digital retail trends.
