Job summary

Ultiwise Consult in Dubai is seeking an ECommerce Specialist to drive online sales growth across B2B and B2C channels. You will manage storefronts, optimize listings, and implement strategies to improve customer experience and revenue.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Shopify, Amazon, and WooCommerce, plus SEO, Google Analytics, and paid advertising. This role offers a hybrid work model in Dubai with competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Ecommerce Specialist or similar role.
• Experience with AB Testing and CRO.
• Familiarity with ecommerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce) and SEO/Analytics.
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Klaviyo).
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update product listings across ecommerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce).
• Optimize product descriptions, images, and SEO to increase visibility and conversion rates.
• Develop and execute online marketing campaigns including email marketing, PPC, and social media ads.
• Analyze website traffic, sales data, and customer behavior to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to create engaging visuals and product pages.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain to prevent stock shortages.
• Stay up to date with ecommerce trends, tools, and best practices.

We are seeking a highly motivated ECommerce Specialist to join our team and drive online sales growth. The ideal candidate will be an expert in managing online stores optimizing product listings and implementing strategies to enhance the customer experience and boost revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update product listings across our ecommerce platforms (Shopify Amazon WooCommerce etc.
• Optimize product descriptions images and SEO to increase visibility and conversion rates
• Develop and execute online marketing campaigns including email marketing PPC and social media ads

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an ECommerce Specialist or in a similar role
• Experience with AB Testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
• Strong knowledge of ecommerce platforms like Amazon Shopify Eshop etc.
• Familiarity with SEO Google Analytics and online advertising strategies
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads Meta Ads Manager Klaviyo etc.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and project management abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

NicetoHave Skills:

• Basic graphic design skills (Canva Photoshop)
• Understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus
