Job summary

MBRF in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a results-driven E-commerce Operations Specialist to manage listings, content accuracy, and assortment across assigned retailer platforms.

You will drive sales growth, coordinate promotions, monitor performance, and ensure stock availability in collaboration with Supply Chain and Demand Planning teams.

Fluent English is required; Arabic is a plus. 2-5 years in FMCG or e-commerce, strong Excel and Power BI skills, and a bachelor’s degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 2–5 years in e-commerce or FMCG sales.
• Experience with retailer portals, e-commerce platforms, and marketplace customers.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage product listings, content accuracy, and assortment across assigned e-commerce customers.
• Drive sales growth and execution across e-commerce channels by monitoring performance.
• Ensure full product distribution and align growth strategies with retailer objectives.
• Execute promotions and online activations while monitoring visibility, search rankings, banners and performance.
• Monitor stock availability, replenishment, and inventory rotation with Supply Chain teams.
• Coordinate urgent deliveries, manage out-of-stock situations and service levels.
• Manage customer relationships through regular business reviews with e-retail partners.
• Resolve operational issues and escalations to support customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate content updates and product information across platforms.
• Monitor statements of account, collections, and financial reconciliation activities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, Quality, Supply Chain and external teams.
