Job summary

Bidfood Middle East in Dubai seeks a Business Development Executive (BDE) for e-commerce to drive client acquisition and growth. You will identify prospects, pitch offerings, close deals, and nurture post-sale relationships within a dynamic, multiculti team.

You will collaborate with marketing and technical teams to craft tailored solutions, monitor trends, and generate forecasts to fuel strategic decisions. Fluency in English is required, and prior CRM exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development or sales.
• Strong ability to identify, prospect, and engage potential clients and partners.
• Exceptional relationship-building and customer service skills.
• Full sales cycle management experience, from lead generation to closing and aftercare.
• Knowledge of current e-commerce trends and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to compile reports and provide actionable insights.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new business opportunities with potential e-commerce clients and strategic partners.
• Manage the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, client pitching, deal closing, and post-sale account servicing.
• Develop and sustain strong, productive relationships with existing clients to deliver exceptional customer service and uncover growth opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to refine business development strategies.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and technical teams to create and present bespoke solutions that address client objectives.
• Produce regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance insights for management.
• Represent the company at relevant industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums to increase brand visibility and expand the client base.
