RAM Mounts Middle East is seeking a versatile Sales & Administrative Executive to support the Sales Manager in daily operations. You will handle front-end sales support, online business management, and office administration, acting as the backbone of the regional office.

The role blends client communication, data management, shipment coordination, and CRM logging, with a focus on maintaining smooth office workflows and contributing to a healthy sales pipeline in a dynamic market.

Formación

• 1–5 years in a combined Sales Support, Sales Coordination, or Office Administration role in the UAE.
• A valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Experience with e-commerce backends or digital sales platforms is highly preferred.
• Strong professional verbal and written communication, multitasking, and attention to detail.
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems and online store backends (Shopify/WooCommerce).

Responsabilidades

• Prepare quotes and respond to daily customer inquiries with professional correspondence.
• Manage online channels, process web orders, update product availability, and support digital customer service.
• Identify, qualify new business prospects and schedule B2B meetings; manage calendars for the Sales Manager.
• Coordinate with the factory to arrange shipments and manage local/international deliveries and carrier pickups.
• Monitor stock levels in real time and log CRM interactions and daily tasks accurately.
• Handle general office administration, vendor contacts, and onboarding paperwork for local staff.
