RAM Mount Middle East is seeking a capable Sales Support and Office Administration professional in Dubai to manage quotes, inquiries, and online sales channels. You will coordinate web orders, monitor stock, and support the Sales Manager with scheduling B2B meetings and vendor communications.

You will also handle CRM records, assist with accounting paperwork, and maintain a well-organized workspace while coordinating local logistics and onboarding for the UAE team.

Qualificações

• 1–5 years of proven experience in a combined Sales Support, Sales Coordination, or Office Administration role in UAE.
• E-commerce backends or digital sales platforms experience is highly preferred.
• Valid UAE Driving License required.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare accurate timely quotes and handle daily customer inquiries with professional correspondence.
• Manage day-to-day online business channels, process web orders, and update product availability.
• Assist in digital customer support and qualify new business prospects to build a sales pipeline.
• Liaise with the factory to arrange on-time shipments and schedule pickups for standard and online orders.
