Role Overview

Support ongoing improvement of the Choithrams Retail E-commerce App for UAE, Bahrain, and Qatar, focusing on UI/UX enhancements, navigation, search, product pages, and checkout flow.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate requirements and testing with IT developers.
• Work with the marketing team to execute e‑commerce specific campaigns and promotions.
• Use data and dashboards to identify customer behavior trends and propose improvements.
• Support customer‑centric initiatives to improve satisfaction and retention.
• Assist with basic weekly reporting on sales, conversion, retention, and top categories.
• Support ongoing improvement of the Choithrams Retail and B2B E-commerce Apps in collaboration with internal teams (IT, marketing, finance, operations).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in e‑commerce, digital, retail, or FMCG.
• Comfortable working with data (Excel or Google Sheets; dashboards a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to own tasks end‑to‑end.
• Good understanding of UI/UX and the customer journey (design skills not required).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
• Arabic speaking is a strong advantage.
