Job description

We re recruiting an E-Commerce Product amp Digital Manager to join a leading organisation within the retail sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the ongoing enhancement of retail and B2B e-commerce platforms.
• Identify opportunities to improve the online customer journey including navigation, search functionality, product pages and checkout.
• Work closely with IT and development teams to coordinate new features, enhancements and user testing.
• Collaborate with marketing to deliver digital campaigns, promotions and seasonal initiatives.
• Analyse customer behaviour and website performance to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Produce regular reports on key metrics including online sales, conversion, customer retention and product performance.
• Support initiatives that improve customer satisfaction and overall digital performance.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across IT, Operations, Marketing and Finance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in e-commerce, digital, retail or FMCG.
• Experience working with e-commerce websites or mobile applications.
• Good understanding of online customer journeys, UI/UX principles and digital best practices.
• Comfortable analysing data using Excel, Google Sheets or reporting dashboards.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Arabic language skills are advantageous but not essential.
