Job summary

You will oversee product listings, pricing, promotions, online orders and stock levels, while analyzing performance data to uncover opportunities and coordinate with internal teams and partners for smooth order fulfilment and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce or related field.
• 3+ years FMCG experience in food or non-food products is mandatory
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, online sales, and digital operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day e-commerce operations and lead the e-commerce team.
• Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, online orders, and product availability across e-commerce platforms.
• Monitor online sales performance and analyse e-commerce data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Coordinate with internal teams and e-commerce platforms to ensure smooth operations, order fulfilment, and customer service
