Flip retail is seeking an E-Commerce Manager (Retail/Fashion) in Dubai to lead online sales across fashion channels. You will develop and execute digital marketing plans and optimise ecommerce performance in line with company goals.

The ideal candidate has 2-3 years in ecommerce/retail (optical a plus), strong English, and a proven ability to multitask and work client-focused. Salary AED 8,000–10,000 monthly; permanent role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–3 years in Ecommerce/ Retail (Optical a plus).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute online advertising and marketing plans for the company's e-channels.
• Execute the ecommerce and distribution strategy in line with company initiatives.
• Perform ROI analysis and recommend ways to boost sales and earnings on e-channels.
• Assess distribution performance and propose improvements and new tasks.
• Produce monthly reports for each channel as needed.
• Update and track online promos.
• Conduct market research on current trends and present project ideas to senior management.
• Recommend changes to products/services and site content to meet client expectations.
• Supervise web merchandising team to achieve targets.
