Job summary

Al Seer Group is seeking a driven eCommerce business professional to drive growth across designated customers and channels in the UAE. You will coordinate with brand owners and internal teams to ensure product availability, compelling content, and strong payment discipline.

In this role you will optimize content for each SKU, manage customer relationships, and identify opportunities for visibility and sampling while elevating the team’s eCommerce capabilities and market insight.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in FMCG or an analytical role.
• eCommerce experience.
• Graduate, MBA Preferred.
• Advance knowledge of MS Office suite.
• Knowledge of SAP.
• Market knowledge/ Sales experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop Al Seer Group business in the allocated customer/channel set.
• Ensure optimum product availability on the customer platform based on agreed MSL or customer model.
• Ensure best-in-class product content for each SKU, through engagement with brand owners, ASG business groups and customers.
• Ensure the allocated eCommerce customers meet Al Seer Objectives in terms of timely payments and returns; Review top customers quarterly with internal ASG teams and customers.
• Review and evaluate spends by agency by customer.
• Obtain and communicate customer engagement opportunities – event calendar, visibility opportunities, sampling.
• Increase eCommerce operating knowledge and skills within the team.
