Job summary

OnTheList, a Dubai-based luxury fashion e-commerce platform, seeks an experienced E-commerce Manager to lead online growth across UAE and GCC. You will own merchandising, platform operations, promotions, analytics, and customer experience, blending strategic leadership with hands-on execution.

You will build the regional 3-year roadmap, launch playbooks for new markets, set pricing, manage partnerships, and drive data-informed decisions using Shopify Plus, Google Analytics, and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Arabic and English (required). French is a plus.
• 10+ years of e-commerce experience in fashion, luxury, or premium retail.
• Experience leading regional e-commerce across UAE and GCC.
• Strong data fluency and dashboards development.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the regional e-commerce roadmap across UAE and GCC.
• Lead merchandising, platform ops, promotions, analytics and CX.
• Build dashboards and translate data into strategic actions.
• Set pricing, stock, and merchandising rules for the brand portfolio.
• Collaborate with global tech and brand partners for platform evolution.
