Job summary

Duncan & Ross Consulting seeks an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Architect to independently lead an assessment of the client’s existing Dynamics environment and develop a clear architecture assessment and transformation roadmap.

The ideal candidate should have strong enterprise architecture experience across Dynamics 365 and be capable of working autonomously with business and technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of IT experience with significant Microsoft Dynamics experience.
• Strong experience as a Dynamics 365 CRM Solution/Enterprise Architect.
• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE and related Microsoft technologies.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Power Platform.
• Experience with enterprise application integration, APIs, data, security, and cloud architecture.
• Proven track record conducting architecture assessments and developing technology roadmaps.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess current Dynamics 365 CRM architecture, applications, integrations and landscape.
• Review the solution to identify gaps, risks, dependencies and improvement opportunities.
• Develop target architecture and transformation roadmap.
• Provide recommendations on architecture, scalability, security, integration and best practices.
• Assess Power Platform usage and integration with Dynamics 365.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements and challenges.
• Prepare architecture documentation, assessment reports and roadmaps.
• Provide guidance on future implementation and technology strategy.
• Work independently and present findings to senior stakeholders.
• Potentially support solution design, implementation and team augmentation after initial assessment.
