Job summary

Duncan & Ross in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Architect to independently lead an assessment and develop a clear transformation roadmap, engaging with senior stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of IT experience, deep Dynamics 365 CRM expertise, Power Platform, and enterprise integration experience. On-site engagement in UAE for 6-8 weeks with potential extension.

Qualifications

• 15 years of IT experience with significant Dynamics expertise.
• Hands-on with Dynamics 365 CE and related Microsoft technologies.
• Strong understanding of Power Platform and cloud architecture.
• Experience with enterprise integration APIs data security and governance.
• Proven in architecture assessments and technology roadmaps.
• Dynamics / Azure certifications would be advantageous.
• Ability to lead discussions with senior stakeholders and document findings.

Responsibilities

• Lead an assessment of the current Dynamics 365 CRM architecture and integrations.
• Develop a comprehensive target architecture and transformation roadmap.
• Provide recommendations on scalability security and best practices.
• Evaluate Power Platform usage and integration with Dynamics 365.
• Engage stakeholders to understand requirements and challenges.
• Prepare architecture documentation and roadmap reports.
• Present findings to senior leadership and guide future strategy.
• Possibly support solution design and team augmentation after assessment.
