Job summary

Duncan & Ross Consulting is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead planning, execution, governance, and delivery of digital transformation and technology initiatives. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, quality, and stakeholder expectations to ensure business outcomes.

Responsibilities include steering governance, reporting, vendor management, and cross-functional coordination to drive successful delivery and change adoption across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of project management experience delivering technology programs.
• Strong experience managing budgets, schedules, resources, and governance.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery approaches.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Jira, and collaboration platforms.
• Strong risk, issue, dependency, and financial management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation through closure.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Manage project scope, issues, risks, assumptions, and dependencies.
• Coordinate business, technical, vendor, and customer stakeholders.
• Facilitate steering committees, governance forums, and project reporting.
• Ensure adherence to project management standards and delivery methodologies.
• Monitor progress against milestones and implement corrective actions where required.
• Manage vendor performance, contracts, and third-party deliverables.
• Oversee quality assurance, testing readiness, deployment, and business acceptance.
• Provide executive-level reporting on status, risks, financials, and outcomes.
• Support organizational change, communications, and stakeholder engagement activities.
