Job summary

Zocoa Group in Dubai is seeking a Sales Coordinator / Receptionist to provide strong administrative and coordination support to the Sales team while managing front-office duties.

Ideal candidates will have excellent communication, coordination, and customer-handling skills, with the ability to liaise across Sales, Procurement, Production, and Logistics to ensure timely delivery.

Experience in UAE and FMCG or manufacturing sectors is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Commerce, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Administration, Customer Service, Reception, or a similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good customer service and telephone etiquette.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate and coordinate effectively with multiple departments.
• Professional, presentable, punctual, and customer-oriented.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• UAE experience is preferred.
• Experience in FMCG, food, manufacturing, trading, or a similar industry will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day coordination and administrative support to the Sales team.
• Coordinate with customers regarding orders, quotations, product availability, deliveries, samples, and documentation.
• Make cold calls to potential customers and identify new sales opportunities.
• Contact prospective customers, introduce Zocoa Group’s products and services, and generate leads.
• Maintain and update a database of prospective and existing customers.
• Follow up with leads generated through cold calling and other sources.
• Schedule meetings and appointments with potential customers for the Sales team.
• Prepare and maintain quotations, sales orders, invoices, price lists, and other sales-related documents.
• Follow up with customers and internal departments on pending requirements.
• Coordinate closely with Sales, Procurement, Production, Accounts, Logistics, and other departments to ensure customer orders are processed smoothly.
• Assist the Sales team in preparing sales reports, order summaries, quotations, and other required documents.
• Support the Sales team with customer communication and timely follow-ups.
• Monitor pending orders and follow up internally to ensure timely completion.
