Job summary

The Adecco Group in Abu Dhabi is seeking an Engagement Coordinator to act as the primary contact for internal teams, clients, vendors and contractors. You will deliver front-line support for VMS processes and ensure timely issue resolution for a seamless user experience.

You will manage contractor onboarding, respond to tickets, handle timesheet questions, visa letter requests, and payroll-related tasks while maintaining accurate records and adhering to SLAs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in service level or 1–3 years in customer service preferred.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manages contractor onboarding and onboarding records.
• Responds to tickets/inquiries and supports SLA adherence.
• Handles timesheet, invoicing, visa letter requests, and payroll-related tasks.
• Creates and manages requisitions and updates records in the CM system.
• Escalates issues per standard procedures and coordinates with PMs and Advisors.
