Job summary

VDR GROUP is seeking a highly organized Service Coordinator to support and coordinate daily service operations across our UAE facilities in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. You will act as the central point between customers, engineers, technicians, suppliers, and management to ensure service jobs are planned, documented, costed, and closed efficiently.

The role requires ownership of multiple ongoing jobs, strong English communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and service-management software.

Qualifications

• Highly organized and structured in work.
• Experience in service coordination or similar roles.
• Ability to manage several service jobs and deadlines.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Professional communication with customers, suppliers, technicians, and management.
• Detail-oriented with documentation and commercial figures.
• Proactive in identifying missing information or potential problems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technicians and engineers for workshop and field-service activities, ensuring information and logistics are ready before mobilization.
• Prepare and maintain accurate service costing sheets and close service jobs in the ERP system.
• Communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams; provide timely, structured updates.
• Arrange gate passes, access documentation, and work permits ahead of mobilization.
• Coordinate internal information for quotations, cost sheets, and invoices; escalate issues promptly.
• Provide general administrative support and maintain organized records for service operations.
