Job summary

Raven Consultancy in Dubai is seeking a target-driven B2B Sales Executive – HR Solutions to support our growing business in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years UAE experience in outdoor B2B sales, business development, client acquisition, and lead generation within HR solutions.

The role involves generating new opportunities, approaching corporate clients, conducting cold calls and presentations, and building relationships with HR managers and key decision-makers across the UAE.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of UAE experience in Outdoor B2B Sales / Business Development.
• Comfortable with daily outdoor sales activities and client visits.
• Experience in HR consultancy, recruitment, staffing, or manpower solutions preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE B2B market.
• Target-oriented, proactive, confident, and self-motivated.
• Ability to independently generate leads and develop new business.
• UAE Driving Licence is an advantage.
• Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate new B2B business opportunities for recruitment, staffing, manpower, and HR solutions.
• Identify and approach potential corporate clients across the UAE.
• Conduct cold calls, client meetings, business visits, and sales presentations.
• Build relationships with HR Managers, Business Owners, Procurement Teams, and key decision-makers.
• Understand clients' recruitment and manpower requirements and propose suitable HR solutions.
