About the Job
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Duty Manager to join Jumeirah Al Qasr.The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
Supervise overall property operations, especially Front Office, ensuring alignment with Jumeirah service standards and property strategy.
Conduct regular room inspections to assess availability, readiness, and adherence to operational standards.
Coordinate interdepartmental activities to enhance cooperation, communication, and service efficiency.
Oversee booking management, including handling overbooking cases, VIP arrivals, and departures.
Ensure the cleanliness and presentation of lobby and entrance areas by coordinating with Housekeeping and Concierge teams.
Address guest complaints and emergencies promptly, monitor team performance and appearance, maintain product knowledge, and ensure compliance with company standards, health, safety, and environmental procedures.
About You
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
3–5 years of experience in Front Office roles within the luxury hospitality industry.
Strong communication skills in English, with additional languages preferred.
Proficient in Property Management Systems, Front Office applications, and MS Office tools.
Demonstrates adaptability, flexibility with shifts, and strong attention to detail.
Culturally aware and skilled in problem-solving within a dynamic hospitality environment.
