Job summary

Holiday Inn & Staybridge Suites Dubai Business Bay, part of IHG Hotels & Resorts, seeks a Duty Manager to lead guest services and oversee hotel operations in the absence of the Front Office Manager. The role emphasizes guest engagement, safety, and seamless night operations in a vibrant Dubai setting.

The candidate should hold a Bachelors degree in Hotel Management or Business Administration, with 3 years of Front Office/Guest Service experience including supervisory duties, and must be fluent

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Hotel Management/Business Administration or equivalent.
• 3 years of Front Office/Guest Service experience including supervisory/executive level experience.
• Must speak fluent English; additional languages preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hotel operations in the absence of the Front Office Manager.
• Ensure safety and security of guests.
• Accurate and timely completion of night audit during night hours.
• Engage with guests and ensure excellent guest service at all touchpoints.
• Report to Front Office Manager on matters affecting guest experience and operations.
