Job summary

TALENTS TIDE HUMAN RESOURCES CONSULTING is seeking a Senior Site Engineer for villa construction projects in the United Arab Emirates. The role requires hands-on site leadership, strong technical knowledge, and a track record of delivering villas with high quality and safety standards.

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering and have UAE construction experience, with proven ability to manage site activities from start to finish and coordinate with project teams and authorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Senior Site Engineer with villa construction experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and site management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily site construction activities
• Coordinate with Project Managers, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers
• Ensure construction works are executed according to drawings, specs and schedules
• Monitor project progress and resolve technical issues on site
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with quality standards and HSE regulations
• Review shop drawings and coordinate with technical/engineering teams
• Manage subcontractor performance and ensure timely completion
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports
• Coordinate inspections with consultants and authorities
• Ensure efficient use of manpower, materials and equipment
• Support project handover activities and close-out documentation
