Job summary

NEVERTITI STAR TR in Dubai, UAE, is seeking a motivated Telesales Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. The role focuses on generating sales over the phone, converting leads, and contributing to revenue growth from our Dubai office.

You will be a strong communicator with experience in telesales or customer service, capable of meeting targets, using CRM software, and building a solid pipeline through proactive outreach and excellent follow-up.

Qualifications

• Experience in telesales or similar sales/customer service role.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets, preferably over the phone.
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with computers and CRM software.
• Resilient and persistent with a results-oriented approach.
• Ability to learn about products and explain them to prospects.
• High school diploma required; degree advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contact potential and existing customers to present, promote, and sell our products and services.
• Clearly articulate product features and benefits, and answer questions from prospective clients.
• Understand customer needs and requirements to recommend appropriate solutions.
• Close sales and achieve quarterly sales quotas in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain a comprehensive database of customer information, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date records in CRM.
• Keep detailed records of calls, sales, and other data within the CRM.
• Collaborate with the wider sales team to build a strong pipeline and meet team targets.
• Handle customer grievances professionally to preserve the company’s reputation.
