Job summary

dailypoint in Dubai is seeking a hands-on Team Lead Implementation & Hotel Setup to drive onboarding for new hotel customers. You will lead a Dubai-based team of implementation specialists, solve complex setup challenges and support go-lives.

You will combine people leadership with project ownership, technical understanding and excellent customer communication, ensuring successful, scalable hotel technology deployments.

Qualifications

• At least five years of experience in SaaS implementation, hospitality technology, hotel systems or a comparable environment.
• Proven experience leading or mentoring an implementation, onboarding or project team.
• Hands-on mindset and willingness to work directly on customer setups.
• Strong knowledge of implementation methodologies, project management and customer onboarding.
• Experience with hotel technology such as PMS, CRM, CDP, loyalty, marketing automation or system integrations.
• Knowledge of OPERA or OPERA Cloud would be a strong advantage.
• Excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage demanding international customers and complex project situations.
• Clear, professional and solution-oriented communication.
• Fluent English; German or Arabic would be an advantage.
• Willingness to travel within the Middle East and internationally when required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the Dubai-based Setup Team
• Plan and manage team capacity, priorities and customer implementation schedules
• Take operational responsibility for selected customer projects
• Coordinate kick-offs, system configuration, data migration, testing, training and go-live
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and according to dailypoint quality standards
• Identify project risks early and initiate appropriate corrective actions
• Act as an escalation point for customers and internal stakeholders
• Work closely with Customer Success, Product Management, Development, Support and Integration teams
• Continuously improve implementation processes, documentation, templates and quality controls
• Establish clear KPIs and provide transparent reporting on project status, workload, risks and performance
• Support the onboarding and professional development of new team members
