Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.
• 15+ years in interior design with site supervision and at least 5 years as consultant.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop interior design concepts for residential and commercial projects.
• Oversee on-site implementation ensuring adherence to specifications and quality standards.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors and stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Manage project timelines, budgets and resources.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address challenges.
• Ensure compliance with local codes and safety standards.
• Provide guidance to junior designers.
• Liaise with clients to understand needs and present design solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and sustainable practices.
