Job summary

LANG Middle East in Dubai, UAE, is hiring for a full-time on-site receptionist and data-entry role. You will enter quotes and job details into our ERP system, keep client and job records tidy, and prepare paperwork for each job.

You will also welcome clients and visitors to the office and showroom, assist with demos and training sessions, and collaborate with the commercial, operations, and finance teams. Entry-level candidates are welcome, with confidentiality a top priority.

Qualifications

• High attention to detail and accurate data entry.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and quick to learn new systems.
• Organised, flexible, able to switch between tasks.
• Experience in AV industry is preferred but not required.
• Dubai residency and ability to work on site.
