Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and minimum 10 years in construction management.
• 4–5 years directly managing swimming pool/aquatic facility projects.
• Proven UAE project delivery and ability to coordinate multi-discipline teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil and swimming pool construction from planning through handover.
• Develop detailed schedules, programs, and milestone tracking.
• Coordinate engineers, foremen, subcontractors, and authorities.
• Ensure works meet specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
• Manage procurement, cost control, and site documentation.
