Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
- 5–8 years of landscape and swimming pool project experience.
- Experience in design coordination, shop drawings, and on-site supervision.
- Familiarity with BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates.
- Knowledge of DM, Trakhees, DDA, and DCD regulations and approvals.
- Experience handling authority submissions and approvals.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, Aconex, SharePoint, and BOQ tools.
