Job summary

TalentRecruit Software Private Limited seeks an experienced Business Analyst to support Digital Banking initiatives, gathering requirements, mapping processes, and delivering BRD/FSD and user stories to enable customer-focused solutions.

The role requires 5+ years in business analysis, preferably in banking or financial services, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills and experience in Agile or Waterfall environments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Finance, or a related field.
5+ years of Business Analysis experience, preferably in banking/FS.
Strong knowledge of Digital Banking products and channels.
Experience in Agile and/or Waterfall delivery.
Excellent analytical, documentation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and system requirements.
Work with stakeholders, product owners and tech teams to define solution requirements.
Conduct gap analysis, process mapping and business process re-engineering.
Prepare BRD, FSD, user stories and process flows.
Support UAT planning, test case review and defect resolution.
Ensure alignment of digital banking solutions with objectives and regulatory requirements.
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather and validate requirements.
