Job summary

VicTree Solutions seeks a Senior Business Development Manager for the UAE to drive the services revenue growth across the UAE and the wider GCC. You will own a USD 3M annual target, lead pipeline generation with ABM and partner referrals, and manage strategic enterprise accounts in retail, real estate, logistics, healthcare, and government-led digital transformation programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 10–16 years of experience in the Middle East, based in Dubai.
• Experience selling digital consulting/enterprise technology services.

Responsibilities

• Owns the UAE/MENAT services revenue target of USD 3M annually.
• Drives pipeline generation through ABM, direct outbound, and partner referrals.
• Build and manage a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts across key verticals.
• Lead pricing, terms, and negotiation with governance from finance/legal.
