HMJ Equity is seeking an ambitious Real Estate Agent to relocate to Dubai and join a boutique brokerage in Business Bay. You will build a personal portfolio, source leases and sales, conduct property viewings, and advise clients across Dubai's dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Overseas candidates willing to relocate to Dubai.
• Proven track record in sales; real estate experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven with a professional demeanor.
• Full valid driving license.
• Willingness to obtain RERA license with company support.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage your own portfolio of buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors.
• Source and close property transactions across Leasing and Secondary Sales.
• Conduct property viewings and client consultations.
• Develop strong market knowledge across Dubai communities and developments.
• Negotiate offers and manage deals from enquiry through to closing.
• Build your personal brand within the Dubai real estate industry.
• Generate business through networking, outbound prospecting, and company support.
