Job summary

Montblanc in Dubai seeks a Visual Merchandising Coordinator to safeguard the brand’s visual identity across stores and the WHS network. You will adapt procedures to regional directions and work with VM teams, stores and external suppliers.

Reporting to the Visual Merchandising Manager & Store Planning, you will coordinate openings, manage POSM budgets, train teams, and produce monthly visual merchandising reports.

Qualifications

• Experience in visual merchandising across luxury brands or retail networks.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders regionally and internationally.
• Strong budget management and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project execution for openings with global and regional teams.
• Plan and manage POSM budgets, orders, and stock reports.
• Oversee VM standards across all stores with local teams.
• Forecast POS material needs and manage logistics.
• Develop visibility plans for new boutiques.
