Job summary

GMG in Dubai is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to deliver compelling store layouts and window displays that reflect brand identity and drive sales. You will interpret VP directives, create innovative wall displays, manage mannequins and POP, and collaborate with marketing and area teams to keep campaigns up to date.

The role emphasizes creative visuals, strong product knowledge, and proactive collaboration with store and regional teams to optimize shopper engagement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Product and brand knowledge.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Customer service orientation.
• Creativity and an eye for visual detail.

Responsibilities

• Implement mannequin styling in line with VP directives and trends.
• Execute seasonal VP directives and adapt to store requirements.
• Create wall and table visual displays reflecting brand concepts.
• Maintain knowledge of key investments, best sellers and seasonal looks.
• Manage POP and mannequins, including storage and campaigns.
• Support back-of-house to service the sales floor and manage visuals.
• Execute campaigns and events with agencies ensuring proper implementation.
