Job summary

Cartier in the UAE is seeking a VM Manager to ensure the brand’s image across retail and wholesale networks, maximizing visibility and offer performance. You will adapt global and regional VM strategy to local realities and drive the merchandising plan for each product category.

You will lead training, collaborate with regional teams, oversee budgets, and deliver compelling windows and displays for key events and launches, ensuring a premium client experience across boutiques.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 to 8 years of experience in Visual Merchandising, preferably in a retail or selective distribution.
• Strong understanding of luxury industry/environments translating in visual excellence for the brand at the POS
• Clear understanding of retail and distribution channels
• Very good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop, Autocad are a plus)
• Analytical skills
• Proactive, hands on, dynamic, detail oriented
• Organised, with excellent follow-up skills
• Creativity
• Strong people & communication skills
• Fluency in English speaking, Arabic and French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Enhance product visibility and maximise offer performance across the entire network.
• Define and implement the Visual Merchandising strategy to support product launches and range performance.
• Assess boutique characteristics to design VM plans & initiatives for enhanced client experience and business performance.
• Analyse performance by boutique to adapt VM strategy on microzoning, displays, windows and hotspots.
• Implement international window concepts and internal showcases for boutiques, pop ups, and watch specialists.
• Develop decors and bespoke windows for local events in collaboration with VM teams.
• Deliver leadership and training programs to enhance the boutique VM community.
• Manage VM budget and coordinate forecasts with finance to meet targets.
