The role requires collaboration with Operations and Brand Management, training store teams on visual presentation, and executing daily, weekly, and seasonal merchandising activities in on-site environments.

Responsibilities

• Implement brand-specific visual merchandising standards across store environments.
• Ensure brand identity and presentation standards are consistently maintained in windows and throughout the store.
• Create eye-catching displays while incorporating commercial sales opportunities.
• Coordinate store displays in line with brand guidelines and visual strategy.
• Develop floor plans designed to maximize visual impact.
• Arrange merchandise, signage, fixtures, and in-store layouts according to approved guidelines.
• Create store layouts according to merchandise categories.
• Ensure products are properly merchandised and presented.
• Use creative lighting techniques for window displays.
• Photograph merchandise displays whenever visual changes are completed.
• Collect and review feedback relating to merchandise presentation.
