Job summary

Apparel Group is seeking a Manager - Visual Merchandiser in Dubai to coordinate and develop compelling visual merchandising strategies across various retail units. This role requires strong artistic abilities and experience in visual merchandising, as well as collaboration with marketing and sales teams to execute seasonal concepts efficiently.

The ideal candidate will also lead innovation projects, provide ongoing training, and ensure the consistency of the brand's visual presentation in stores.

Qualifications

• Strong artistic and creative abilities to design visually appealing displays.
• Understanding of the retail environment and customer experience.
• Previous experience in visual merchandising or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Brand Principals, Buyers, Sales Promotion, Marketing, Procurement, and Retail Operations.
• Develop visual merchandising strategies and brand standards for specific business units.
• Partner with Marketing and Store Operations to communicate and execute visual concepts.
• Lead visual presentation on innovation and re-invent projects.
• Provide input to overall in-store branding and consumer experience.
