Springfield Properties in Dubai is seeking a motivated Recruiter to join our growing team. This full-time role covers the complete recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, and requires strong English skills for daily candidate and colleague communication.

You will post vacancies, screen CVs, interview candidates, and coordinate hiring processes while building a robust candidate pipeline. Based in the UAE, you will work with the HR manager to meet staffing needs and maintain records.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong sourcing skills on LinkedIn and job boards.
• Experience recruiting in the UAE and knowledge of the local market.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Post vacancies across platforms and attract qualified candidates.
• Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring processes.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Collaborate with HR manager to understand staffing needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
