Job summary

Qualifications

• End-to-end recruitment experience including sourcing, screening and interviewing.
• Strong stakeholder management and clear communication.
• Proficient with ATS, HR databases and basic analytics.
• Knowledge of UAE labor laws and ethical hiring.
• Excellent English; Arabic is a plus.
• Organized and able to manage multiple roles and deadlines.

Role Description

The Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle to support MARE Properties’ growth in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This full‑time, on‑site role involves sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team needs. The Recruiter will draft and post job descriptions, manage applicant tracking systems, and maintain a strong talent pipeline through networking, referrals, and partnerships with universities and agencies. Day‑to‑day activities include organizing interview schedules, managing offers and negotiations, ensuring a smooth onboarding process, and maintaining accurate recruitment data and reports. The Recruiter will also contribute to employer branding initiatives and ensure all hiring practices align with company policies and local labor regulations.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing, with experience managing end‑to‑end recruitment processes.
• Strong abilities in stakeholder management, including collaborating with hiring managers, negotiating offers, and communicating clearly with candidates.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, HR databases, and basic reporting or analytics tools to track recruitment metrics.
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices, local labor laws in the UAE, and ethical hiring standards that support a fair and inclusive workplace.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple roles and deadlines.
• Experience in real estate, property development, or a fast‑paced commercial environment is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on‑site in Dubai, build relationships across diverse teams, and represent the company professionally in all interactions.
