Responsibilities

Manage rental and secondary (resale) property transactions across Dubai.
Source properties and build strong relationships with landlords, property owners, buyers, and tenants.
Generate and manage property listings on real estate portals.
Conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and close rental and resale deals.
Develop and maintain a strong network of property owners and potential clients.
Handle client inquiries, follow-ups, documentation, and transaction coordination.
Achieve monthly sales and rental targets.
Ensure compliance with Dubai Land Department (DLD) and RERA regulations.
