Job summary

NEV Real Estate LLC, an international real estate brokerage based in Dubai, is seeking a highly motivated Real Estate Agent specializing in the Secondary Market to join our growing team. You will handle sales and leasing across Dubai, source listings directly from owners, and guide clients through viewings and negotiations.

The ideal candidate speaks Russian and English fluently, has deep knowledge of Dubai communities and market trends, and can build lasting relationships with landlords, buyers

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Dubai's secondary real estate market (ready property sales and leasing).
• Fluent in Russian and English (spoken and written).
• Strong knowledge of Dubai communities, property prices, market trends and transactions.
• Experience in property listings, client viewings, negotiations and closing deals.
• Ability to generate leads, acquire listings and maintain landlord/client relationships.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, independent and team player.
• Valid UAE driving license and own car preferred.
• RERA certification or broker card is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle secondary market property sales and rental transactions across Dubai.
• Source and secure property listings directly from owners and landlords.
• Conduct property viewings and provide professional guidance to clients.
• Assist buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants through the transaction process.
• Negotiate offers and close property deals successfully.
• Maintain accurate and updated property listings on portals.
• Build and maintain a strong network of clients, investors and owners.
• Stay informed about Dubai real estate market trends and opportunities.
