Job summary

Enclave Real Estate in Dubai is seeking a Sales Manager / Team Leader to guide and expand its property sales team. You will supervise daily agent activities, drive targets, assist with deal closings, and craft growth strategies while training staff on local market trends and transaction procedures.

The role requires 2+ years of leadership in real estate, strong market knowledge, and fluency in Arabic or UK nationality. A competitive fixed salary plus commission and visa coverage are offered.

Qualifications

• Work Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience leading and managing property sales teams with a documented track record of sales closures.
• Demographic & Language Preferences: Fluent Arabic speakers or UK nationals are preferred for this position.
• Core Competencies: Real estate sales management, team motivation, deal closing, market trend analysis, and client negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Direct, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate sales agents to meet quarterly targets.
• Oversee team pipelines, monitor lead conversions, and participate in high-value deal negotiations.
• Formulate strategic sales initiatives to expand market reach across Dubai property segments.
• Train team members on Dubai Land Department (DLD) processes, market changes, and client handling.
• Manage client escalations, maintain key investor relationships, and report performance to executive management.
