Job summary

Azizi Developments in Dubai invites experienced Property Consultants to join its on-site Real Estate Brokerage team. You will generate leads, meet buyers and investors, promote off-plan developments, and close sales in a commission-driven environment after an initial fixed salary period.

The role requires at least 1 year UAE off-plan sales experience and fluency in English. Employment visa and medical insurance are provided from day one.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of UAE off-plan real estate sales experience.
• Proven ability to generate sales leads, manage client relationships, and close transactions.
• Good understanding of Dubai's residential and commercial real-estate market.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and identify prospective buyers and investors for off-plan properties.
• Develop new sales opportunities within Dubai's residential and commercial markets.
• Promote developments to clients and investors.
• Close property transactions and meet sales targets.
• Provide professional guidance throughout the purchasing process.
• Maintain strong client relationships and effective communication.
