Job summary

Kingdom by MAG in Dubai is seeking a Real Estate Project Commercial Manager. This full‑time, on‑site role oversees commercial aspects of development projects from concept to completion, focusing on budgets, forecasts and cost controls.

You will collaborate with development, engineering, sales and finance teams to structure deals, negotiate contracts, monitor performance and report to leadership, while maintaining relationships with contractors, consultants and suppliers to maximize returns.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Engineering, or related field.
Advanced degrees or certifications (PMP, RICS) are an advantage.
Experience in Dubai or GCC real estate market.
Strong budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control capabilities.
Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration.
