Job summary

Kingdom by MAG, a Dubai-based luxury real estate group, seeks a Development Acquisition Lead to identify and evaluate new development opportunities and drive strategic land and property acquisitions. Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of sales experience in Dubai, with strong experience working for a real estate developer.
• Minimum 4 years of experience managing a sales team.
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, particularly off-plan and developer sales.
• Proven experience in achieving sales targets and managing sales performance.
• Strong relationships with real estate agencies, brokers, and key clients in Dubai.
• Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies to increase sales and revenue.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage sales activities, follow up on team performance, and ensure targets are achieved.
• Ability to work closely with management on pricing, promotions, launches, and sales plans.
• Good understanding of the developer sales process, from lead generation to EOI/booking and SPA/Oqood/Title Deed completion.
