Job summary

Kingdom by MAG in Dubai is seeking a Real Estate Project Commercial Manager. This full‑time, on‑site role oversees commercial aspects of development projects from concept to completion, focusing on budgets, forecasts and cost controls.

You will collaborate with development, engineering, sales and finance teams to structure deals, negotiate contracts, monitor performance and report to leadership, while maintaining relationships with contractors, consultants and suppliers to maximize returns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Engineering, or related field.
• Advanced degrees or certifications (PMP, RICS) are an advantage.
• Experience in Dubai or GCC real estate market.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration.

Role Description

The Real Estate Project Commercial Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, responsible for overseeing the commercial aspects of real estate development projects from concept to completion. This role involves managing project budgets, financial forecasts, and cost control measures to ensure commercial viability and alignment with company objectives. The manager will collaborate with development, engineering, sales, and finance teams to structure deals, negotiate contracts, and monitor project performance against commercial targets. Daily responsibilities include reviewing project proposals, assessing commercial risks, preparing reports and presentations for senior leadership, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and internal policies. The role also requires maintaining strong relationships with external partners, such as contractors, consultants, and suppliers, to support successful project delivery and maximize returns.

Qualifications

• Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver complex real estate projects.
• Solid expertise in real estate and real estate development, with experience in commercial aspects of property projects in residential or mixed-use segments.
• Demonstrated proficiency in budgeting, financial analysis, and cost control for development projects, including forecasting and performance tracking.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to present commercial insights, negotiate with stakeholders, and build collaborative relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, RICS) are an advantage.
• Experience working in Dubai or the wider GCC real estate market, with knowledge of local regulations and market dynamics preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and capability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
