Job summary

Alta Real Estate Development in Dubai is seeking a Senior Development Manager to oversee the entire lifecycle of real estate projects, from site selection and feasibility studies to construction and handover to clients.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, coordinate with consultants, ensure compliance with local codes and permits, manage budgets and schedules, and report progress and risks to senior management.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in real estate development, UAE.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferably Architecture).
• Strong understanding of local codes, permitting, and construction workflows.
• Proven project management and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of real estate development projects from brief to completion.
• Assist in RFPs and consultant selections.
• Review and assess proposals and prepare management recommendations.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary consultant teams to align design with budget and schedule.
• Coordinate project launch and marketing materials with stakeholders.
• Review design packages and ensure cross‑functional alignment.
• Ensure compliance with zoning laws and obtain permits.
• Prepare and present reports on milestones, budgets, risks.
• Ensure timely delivery within budget; coordinate with cost consultants and contractors.
• Maintain relationships with partners, public officials, and consultants.
• Monitor progress with construction team and ensure quality standards.
