Responsibilities

• Outbound calling: 80–120+ calls daily from CRM/database.
• Pitch Dubai projects: residential/commercial launches and secondary market.
• Lead qualification: assess budgets, timelines, residency status.
• Appointment setting: hand over qualified leads to senior agents and schedule meetings.
• CRM hygiene: log calls, update client profiles, set follow-up reminders.
• Market awareness: monitor DLD trends and developer updates.
