Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a highly motivated Telesales Executive in Dubai with at least 3 years of proven experience in the real estate market. You will generate and qualify leads through high-volume outbound calls, book meetings for property consultants, and support the sales team in achieving revenue targets.

The role emphasizes outbound calling, lead qualification, appointment setting, and maintaining CRM data. English fluency is required; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound cold calls to prospective clients
• Qualify leads by understanding client requirements, budget, preferred location, and purchase timeline
• Book and coordinate qualified appointments for real estate consultants
• Follow up with leads consistently to maximize conversion opportunities
• Handle objections professionally while maintaining a positive client experience
• Accurately update and manage client data in the CRM (Bitrix preferred)
• Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs for calls, leads, and appointments

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of proven telesales experience in the Dubai real estate market
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
• High confidence in cold calling and working toward targets
• Ability to handle rejection and objections professionally
• Excellent command of English (additional languages are an advantage); Arabic preferred
• Good computer skills and experience with CRM systems (Bitrix a plus)
• Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
