Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a highly motivated Telesales Executive in Dubai with at least 3 years of proven experience in the real estate market. You will generate and qualify leads through high-volume outbound calls, book meetings for property consultants, and support the sales team in achieving revenue targets.

The role emphasizes outbound calling, lead qualification, appointment setting, and maintaining CRM data. English fluency is required; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of telesales experience in Dubai real estate.
• Strong communication, negotiation and persuasion skills.
• High confidence in cold calling and meeting targets.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound cold calls to prospective clients.
• Qualify leads by understanding client requirements, budget, location, and purchase timeline.
• Book and coordinate qualified appointments for real estate consultants.
• Follow up with leads to maximize conversion opportunities.
• Handle objections professionally while maintaining a positive client experience.
• Update and manage client data in the CRM (Bitrix preferred).
• Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs for calls, leads, and appointments.
